Spencer Rogers, Coastal Construction and Erosion Specialist attended the Board
of Commissioners Meeting on Tuesday, April 12th to provide an informative
briefing to the Board and property owners on how to save money on homeowners'
insurance. Mr. Rogers joined Sea Grant in 1978 and has helped private property
owners, builders, designers and governmental agencies to develop hurricane
resistant construction methods, understand shoreline erosion alternatives and
