The mission of the Holden Beach Property Owners' Association is "To represent the property owners of Holden Beach as a unified voice regarding issues that affect their common interests and concerns." The Holden Beach Property Owners Association was founded in May, 1973 as a non-profit organization and has continually been active in the affairs of Holden Beach. Membership is open to any person, partnership or corporation owning property on the Beach. Dues are $15.00 per calendar year beginning January 1st. Regular meetings are held on the Saturdays of Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving weekends. Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held in the Holden Beach Town Public Assembly at 10:00 a.m. |
