Terminal Groin

The mission of the Holden Beach Property Owners' Association is "To represent the property owners of Holden Beach as a unified voice regarding issues that affect their common interests and concerns." Please send any questions, suggestions or requests for information to John Lytvinenko, President, at jlyt@ec.rr.com.

Garden area built and maintained by the Holden Beach Beautification Club. One of two such areas developed by the club that significantly help promote Holden Beach as "the Family Beach".

The Holden Beach Property Owners Association was founded in May, 1973 as a non-profit organization and has continually been active in the affairs of Holden Beach.

Membership is open to any person, partnership or corporation owning property on the Beach.

Dues are $15.00 per calendar year beginning September 1st. Regular meetings are held on the Saturdays of Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving weekends.

Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held in the Holden BeachTown Hall General Assembly at 10:00 a.m.
