Audit Committee

The Audit Committee advises the Board of Commissioners and Town Manager regarding Town compliance with any deficiencies or improvement recommendations that may be identified by the annual audit.  They also interpret annual audit as may be requested by the Board of Commissioners and ensure audit results are publicly disclosed.  In addition, the Audit Committee prepares any special inquiries or reports related to financial operations and procedures to include purchasing and contracting as may be directed by the Board or requested by the Town Manager.
